I can’t recognize anything in this village yet. Is this the same bridge that they were on at the end of last week’s episode? Because if the body they saw was going downriver, then checking here (the spot where they first saw it) will never work.
I’m tired of this girl already…
They still think it’s a bear? At this point, I’d be more worried that it’s Godzilla.
Maybe I’m too American, but I keep assuming these guns are real guns with live rounds, rather than the airsoft guns they probably are.
Given the way everyone’s acting and the multiple hints at a wild animal seen earlier in the day, this guy decides to confirm with everyone that he wasn’t crazy in hearing the loud roar just now. Do normal people talk like this?
Well, that sounds plausible. Still, this scene is interesting to me, but I don’t know what they’re trying to say with it. The fact that everyone heard something different could just be an illustration of the unreliability of witness testimony. Or it could be suggesting that they didn’t actually all hear the same sound (shared hallucination, maybe?).
Yeah! She loves him so much that she’s glad to hear him say that he will die to save her! Don’t normal couples have that cheesy moment where the other one says “no! I couldn’t possibly go on without you!”? Maybe I watch too many romances/dramas.
This is actually a very good response, but it gets immediately questioned by the tour guide. This is what happens when you take the promise of a new life, burning bridges in your old life, without knowing what you’ve signed up to do.
I’m guessing it’s going to turn out later that she’s clairvoyant, but this is still ridiculous. Weren’t they just saying earlier in the day that they didn’t believe her story about when Yottsun went missing? She’s supposed to be the most suspicious person right now. Did everyone forget that?
Is it wrong of me to want something to pull Lion out of the window behind these guys? I think it would make things more fun.
Well, the sun’s up now, right? It should be much safer to go down the mountain, despite Masaki’s fears.
This is still super suspicious of the bus driver. Also, what happened to the daylight? There was sunlight when they all split up, but now it’s suddenly gone again.
Big surprise, the bus isn’t a valid option. You really think the bus driver would have stayed in the village if the bus could be used to escape?
You know…stuff a normal village out in the middle of nowhere would have.
They’re really trying to make everyone think the culprit is the guy with a criminal record, huh?
…sound about right…
Oh…nothing to worry about. It’s just Jack!
Uhh…what? Are we completely sure that there are no hallucinogens at work here? I guess this finally explains why the bus driver is here. It looks like he’s chasing this girl.
Yeah, definitely hallucinogens…there’s no other reason why she would see Mitsumune. I’m guessing the other girls saw something equally horrific specific to their own fears.
Darn, now we can’t even be sure that Yottsun is really dead since it’s very likely that the body Mitsumune saw was just a hallucination (it seems like no one else with him saw it).
