Oh hey…those rock face things are the actual ahus from the actual Easter Island. I almost didn’t notice them.
Is this supposed to be the prince’s tragic back story or something? I still think he’s beyond saving, but maybe this will vindicate his brother.
Oh no! The biological child is going to overshadow me!
So the first shot is from the day of Lwai’s birth. How is the tower not completed in the second shot? Lwai’s got to be at least 3 years old by now.
Oh no! The sphere takes your soul!
I’m guessing the possibility that Loser desires the most is that the sphere was created by a Numbers. But I’m more curious what the other two possibilities were. Has he actually seen so much of the world that he’s seen this particular phenomenon on at least three different occasions?
Salva prepared a video in case he was incapacitated? Who does that?
Seriously, Mira…stop talking. The point of the car was to use something that would work despite the disruption on the island that shuts down cars. Do you really think Kyouma just had an off-road car sitting around in his workshop too?
I’m asking the same thing, Kyouma…not only did Salva prepare this message, but he somehow got it to broadcast on every available medium, even the ones that don’t run on coils. What the heck?
So the sphere is looking for someone and only shows interest in men? Searching for Kyouma perhaps?
It feels like it’s been forever since we’ve seen Kyouma really fighting, so this scene is awesome.
The first casualty?
The fear of death from Mira makes sense here, but it still begs the question of why she’s here on the mission in the first place.
Loser’s the final boss? Either that or he’s here to knowingly reveal the missing pieces in Kyouma’s memory somehow.
Next week, we finally figure out Kyouma’s past, right?
