Before I go in to the rest of the episode, there is something I want to get off my chest. Throughout this entire episode, there’s something that’s been somewhat eating at me. A lot of the events of the episode seem very dramatic and urgent, but why does it feel like everyone has the luxury of time? But that aside, this week’s episode certainly seems interesting to me because Yuki seems to be making the transition from cheer captain to actually useful. They’ve somewhat perpetuated the idea so far that despite her delusions, Yuki still contributed heavily to the group and I like the idea the story is pushing at the end of “well, she can be even more effective without the delusions”.
For the most part, the final episode seems somewhat straightforward. I’m guessing Yuki will reach Miki just in time to save her and get the medicine back just in time to save Kurumi. “Graduation” is an appropriate title for next week’s episode because of the simple fact that the school will no longer be habitable (I highly doubt any of the girls are capable of repairing the power system). What remains now is the question of “what is next?” Will the girls travel to a new location with Megumi’s car?
